Return of goods (Withdrawal from contract)

the buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, according to the Terms and conditions of use is required to do the following:

• withdrawal notify the seller by e-mail
• fill up all Purchase details, order Nr., Confirmation BNr., Invoice Nr. with description of the defect
• send purchased goods which is not used, it must be complete with accessories and we recommend that you pack the goods in the original packaging
• please inform us via email about dispatch of the goods and also send us the tracking number of shipment
