My package is damaged , what to do?
We use different means of transport, usually parts pass thru different depos and transport companies. All international transports follow CMR Agreement .
Even we try to find best possible means of transport considering price/time factor, sometime happens that goods arrive to you slightly damaged, partially lost, unpacked … this year happened 6x.
Please :
Inspect goods
Take photo immediately if you feel something is not good
Do not sign to driver - received with no reservations - many times companies use electronic devices and what you are signing is not even shown on screen
Count parts and compare with Delivery note or Invoice sent
Make marks on related documents , describe defects on goods, packing, quantity … if any
Immediately send us information

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE AS A SENDER CAN NOT CLAIM WITH TRANSPORT COMPANY, ONLY YOU AS CONSIGNEE CAN CLAIM.
