The visit was focused on discussing a new project—developing a custom-made single-shaft shredder designed to meet specific industrial requirements. The customer, an industrial company from Saudi Arabia, required a high-performance shredding solution capable of handling diverse materials efficiently. Their goal was to integrate a robust single-shaft shredder into their existing waste processing line, optimizing production capacity and operational efficiency.

During the meeting, our engineering and production teams collaborated closely with the customer to outline key aspects of the project:

• Production Time – Given the complexity of the custom shredder design, we established a realistic production timeline to ensure precise manufacturing without compromising quality.

• Material Requirements – The shredder's components, including the rotor, blades, and wear-resistant liners, were specified to withstand intensive use and the demanding environmental conditions in Saudi Arabia.

• Delivery Conditions – Given the logistics of international transport, we discussed the best shipping options to ensure safe and timely delivery to the customer's facility. Our team also provided guidance on installation and after-sales support.
