The Australian customer requested a pair of HAMMEL® VB950 DK shafts with complete hardfacing to achieve maximum wear resistance when processing highly abrasive materials such as end-of-life tyres.
To meet these demanding requirements, our production team carried out several specialized refurbishment operations, including:
- Complete hardfacing of the shafts
- Hardfacing of knives
- Hardfacing of discs
- Hardfacing of hooks

- Cleaning of the complete shafts
